How To Place An Order
Place your order online, order by calling (808) 738-3005, or faxing your order form to (808) 737-7934.
When placing your order, please provide the following information:
- ◆ Your name
- ◆ Your address and phone number
- ◆ Method of Payment: Check, Money Order or Credit Card
- ◆ Recipient's name, address and phone number
- ◆ Your personal message on the card
- ◆ Type of gift basket
- ◆ Your budget
- ◆ Preferred date of delivery
Payments are accepted by credit card: VISA, MASTER, JCB and AMEX.
For all other methods of payment, please contact Tachibana Enterprises directly.
Free delivery to hotels in Waikiki and Kahala.
$25 delivery fee will be charged for Ko Olina.
No delivery service to Turtle bay Hotels.
*Taking the gift baskets home with you on the plane is possible, but please look into the U.S. regulations on traveling with fresh fruits beforehand.
For deliveries within Honolulu, place your order one day in advance (Hawaii Standard Time)
*For flowers and fine wine/champagne basket, place your order three (3) days prior to delivery.
To send a message with your gift, fill out the 'Personalized Gift Message' section on the order form. Clear plastic wrapping with a hand-made bow is an optional free service. For other customized wrapping services, please contact us directly.
Please contact us for changes to your order by phone or E-mail only.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
- FULL REFUND if cancelled before 12 noon, one day prior to delivery (Hawaii Standard Time)
- NO REFUND if cancelled after 12 noon, one day prior to delivery (Hawaii Standard Time)
*NO REFUND for flowers and fine wine/champagne baskets upon its order.
